Project planning, deployment and commissioning for projects.
- Ability to lead the project; and to provide High & Low level design, tasks scheduling
- Presenting of deployment designs to client
- Engagement with PreSales team for project effort sizing advisory
- Manage post implementation support issues (fault call tickets - P1 case) whenever required
- Assist Solution Architect on major project roll-outs as Technical lead
- Conduct internal training as part of knowledge sharing
- Prepare network/ voice analysis reports, including findings with analysis
- Provide Level 3 operations support for CX Infrastructure on Prem / Cloud, including Cisco, Genesys, Amazon Connect, Talkdesk
- Perform changes to the network/ Voice in-line with the organization’s Change Management processes
- Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards, both internal and clients’ organization

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 5 years relevant experience in IT/networking industry providing of Cisco IP Telephony version 12 & above, Contact Center, Voice logging solutions.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team when delivering projects
- **Certified Contact Center **technical certification preferred - AUCCE, DUCCE
- **Certified Genesys - Genesys **Cloud, Engage
- Experience from System integrator environment preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice and Cisco Contact Center Enterprise and Express, Genesys PureEngage
- Strong Knowledge of IVR, Contact Center, Network & Firewall.
- Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies.
- Polite and able to communicate well to the clients; Client-oriented.
- Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to work in extended hours.
- Hands on experience in the following products will be highly advantageous:Cisco CUCM, CUC, Finesse, CUCS, UCCX/ UCCE (mandatory)
Customized and Out-of-box CCVB, CVP, IVR developing (mandatory)
Genesys PureEngage/ Pure Cloud - Advantageous
AWS Connect
Talk Desk
Cisco gateway / CUBE
CIsoc UCS/ Hyperflex
