**About the role**

You will be part of the Infrastructure Team responsible for managing CGS-CIMB on-premise and cloud IT unified communication services to ensure high standards of performance as well as security and availability.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will be responsible for:

- In charge of the following IT unified communication services:

- Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange online, Team, Azure AD, Sharepoint, etc)
- Mobile device management (MDM)
- SMS
- SMTP
- Video Conferencing
- Provide design, consultation, and advice on IT unified communication services matters.
- Enhance IT unified communication services performance.
- Involved in IT unified communication services related projects.
- Manage backup & disaster recovery of IT unified communication services.
- Management of IT unified communication services related contracts.
- Constantly exploring new technology that could improve the workflow
- Automation of work process to enhance operation efficiency.
- Work on IT unified communication services related budget and workplan.
- Management of IT unified communication services related contract and vendor.
- Create and maintain up-to-date design and operation documentation.
- Work on any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the management.

**Job Requirements**

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration of IT unified communication services.
- Experienced in scripting and programming to automate tasks including regular maintenance jobs.
- Experience in IT unified communication services hardening, patching, capacity monitoring and performance analysis.
- Knowledgeable in IT unified communication services performance optimisation.
- Knowledgeable in IT unified communication services maintenance support.
- Experience in project management/implementation, and vendor management.
- Ability to work in a team as well as work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good to have knowledge:

- Basic understanding of TCP/IP network, DNS, LB
- Familiar with AWS Cloud
- Certified in abovementioned Microsoft 365 products will be an advantage.
