Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) Support Engineer

Millennium Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) team of engineers builds and operates the voice, video, and AV communications and conferencing solutions for Millennium employees globally.

The UCC operations team supports both on-site AV equipment and rooms in our core offices and backend infrastructure systems. A wide variety of technologies are used (Cisco voice/video, Webex, Zoom, IPC Trader voice, NICE voice recording, AV room technologies) so an eagerness to learn new things and to support a wide breadth of technologies is important.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum three years of experience with building, supporting, and maintaining conferencing and audio-visual technology. This should include supporting complex room based video and audio systems such as Cisco Telepresence, Crestron, Lightware, and DANTE Audio devices
- Experience with conferencing and collaboration services (WebEx, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, etc.)
- Experience with Cisco voice and video infrastructure.
- Experience with audio and video mixing and live event support
- Experience with vendor support to resolve issues and replace defective/broken products in a timely manner.
- Strong customer support skills, including VIP and C-Level Executive audiences. Possesses a high level of customer service under pressure and in dealing with demanding customers.
- BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
