As part of the Global Enterprise Cloud and Compute Services Team, the Unified Communication Specialist is accountable for the proper integration of the global enterprise communication services and the core Microsoft stack: Identity (Active Directory and Azure Active Directory), Messaging (Exchange) and real-time communication (Skype for Business and Teams) etc. The person is responsible for a flawless connectivity between users.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

***
- Participate in the design and implementation of critical business systems aligned with Global Enterprise Cloud and Compute Services strategic direction
- Responsible for overseeing the diagnosing and troubleshooting complex enterprise voice and unified communication issues
- As required, perform root cause analysis, incident management, communication with internal clients/ business partners/ service team members
- Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with production lifecycle methodology and risk/change management guidelines
- Provide technical mentoring to other team members and 3rd party providers teams and actively participate in architecture reviews/strategic development activities
- Participate in the global infrastructure and operations technical governance process
- Ensure 3rd party suppliers adherence to WSP processes, procedures and standards
- On request, participate with the Global Mergers and Acquisition team for the integration of all communication systems resulting from acquisitions or internal projects requiring amendments to the outsource service contract
- Propose standards for business requirements, security certification and industry best practices to bring plus value
- Participate in security and compliance certification process.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years relevant and practical experience and related education
- Experience working with and managing multiple providers in an international multi-carrier environment
- Knowledge of the core Microsoft services:

- Active Directory
- Exchange and Exchange Online
- Teams
- Skype for Business
- M365
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD including security best practices

**SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES/ OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently with low-level supervision and in a global team distributed geographically
- Strong organization skills (set priorities, meets deadlines, multiple simultaneous projects) and excellent documentation skills
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic problem solving skills with the ability of providing solutions to identified problems
- Ability to communicate problems in terms that are understandable to end users at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in understanding, designing, delivering and demonstrating compliance with information security requirements
- Knowledge and experience in performing information security practices in the management and delivery of infrastructure and operations
