Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in a vibrant Spanish-Korean fusion restaurant in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dish Preparation and Execution: Prepare and execute dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency in your assigned section.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and refine our Spanish-Korean fusion menu.
  • Food Quality and Hygiene: Ensure all food is prepared to high-quality and hygiene standards.
  • Mise en Place: Oversee mise en place and maintain station readiness for service.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory, report shortages, and ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Uphold safety and sanitation standards in accordance with NEA regulations.
  • Menu Contributions: Contribute ideas for menu specials, plating techniques, and seasonal updates.

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year CDP experience (fusion or modern cuisine preferred)
  • Strong interest in Korean or Spanish flavors
  • Team player, fast-paced environment ready
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
