Job Title: Executive Chef Assistant

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced chef who wants to take their skills to the next level. As an Executive Chef Assistant, you will play a key part in leading our culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Production: Assist in preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring that all food products are handled, stored, and prepared safely and by food safety regulations.
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to manage day-to-day kitchen operations, coordinating and supervising kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and cooking methods, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary terminology.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
