About the Role
The Growth Lead will unlock growth and create value for CapBay by identifying and launching innovative projects, new revenue streams, and strategic partnerships. This role involves managing projects, conducting market research, validating ideas, and overseeing venture projects from planning to execution. The Growth Lead will develop commercialization plans and go-to-market strategies to ensure the success and profitability of new ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop innovative projects from inception to launch, including new solutions, services, revenue sources, industry-targeted partnerships, and B2B trade enablement.
Manage projects (including potential M&A projects), ensuring alignment across departments and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to validate project ideas.
Source and evaluate potential partnerships, and develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
Oversee all aspects of a venture project, from planning to execution.
Prepare commercialization plans and go-to-market strategies for new ventures.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
5+ years of experience in project management, business development, venture development, or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of market research and feasibility studies.
Experience in sourcing, evaluating, and developing strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the fintech or B2B industry is a plus.
