Job Summary: We're looking for a data-driven Growth Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive user growth, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, a passion for experimentation, and excellent communication skills. As a Growth Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and optimize marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth Analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and create targeted marketing campaigns to address them Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to launch and optimize marketing campaigns Design and execute testing and experimentation to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies Develop and maintain dashboards to track key marketing metrics, including user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI Communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and sales teams Requirements: 6+ years of experience in growth marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Strong background in marketing analytics, including data analysis and interpretation Strong understanding of the web3 industry Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Experience with data visualization tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
