Qashier is looking for an amazing Team Lead (Merchant Growth) to support our growth We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.We are looking for passionate individuals that can spearhead the growth of the company by leading a passionate Merchant Growth team through optimising revenue growth and retention with our existing merchants. If you have knowledge and/or keen interest in the area of point of sale, payment systems, account management and B2B sales, this role might be for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth strategist. Strong business acumen and a self-starter.
  • Accountable for total Merchant Growth team goals. You will be the key driver in strategising and developing plans towards achieving/exceeding the overall team's monthly, quarterly and annual merchant transaction targets
  • Relationship management. Establish merchant segmentation and engagement strategies with growth and marketing teams.
  • Oversee and manage a team of Merchant Growth Executive(s). You will be tasked to set clear objectives, monitor progress and identify gaps with clear plans to improve the team's competency.
  • Form and collaborate closely with other other functions (business development, marketing, operations, finance etc) to increase retention of merchants whilst reducing churn
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants to unlock opportunities to retain with renewal/upsell/cross sell and drive payment adoption rate amongst existing POS merchants

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in leading a growth team. B2B Saas and/or Payments experience is a plus.
  • Experience with people management.
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Proven ability in strategies to retain/upsell/cross sell merchants
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Strong sense of ownership and results driven
  • Passionate about technology, payments in the F&B/retail space
