A strategic and results-driven role focused on leveraging social and digital channels for lead generation, Linked In profile activation and management, digital campaign outreach and tracking the ROIs. This role serves as a critical link between sales and marketing, utilizing CRM tools, social media platforms, and data-driven insights to accelerate pipeline development and customer acquisition.
The role will partner closely with country and industry/practice leads, aligning on overarching business objectives to ensure impactful and measurable outcomes. Reporting directly to the APAC Marketing Director and functioning as an integral member of the marketing team, the role will collaborate extensively with regional marketers to maximize existing assets and execute digital outreach. By combining analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and tactical execution, this role is pivotal in driving organizational growth and transforming marketing and sales potential into tangible business results across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
Social and Digital Prospection for Lead Generation
Develop and execute lead generation strategies using social media platforms especially Linked In, and digital tools to identify and engage high-potential prospects.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise compelling, platform-specific content that drives engagement and generates qualified leads.
Monitor and optimise social campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
Linked In Activation and Profile Management
Activate and manage Linked In profiles, ensuring consistent and impactful engagement with target audiences.
Develop and execute Linked In outreach strategies, including personalized connection requests, In Mail campaigns, and content sharing to build executive presence and generate leads.
Provide executives with data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance their Linked In activity and thought leadership.
Track and report on Linked In engagement metrics, including profile views, connection growth, and lead generation.
Tracking and Monitoring Returns
Implement systems to track and measure the ROI of meetings arranged through marketing efforts, including social and digital prospection.
Track the progression of leads through the sales pipeline.
Analyze meeting outcomes, including conversion rates, deal sizes, and sales cycle length, to refine prospection strategies and improve ROI.
Provide regular reports to leadership on the effectiveness of lead generation and meeting arrangement efforts.
Database Management and CRM Optimization
Clean, update, and maintain the accuracy of CRM and marketing databases for effective campaign targeting.
Identify and resolve gaps in customer and prospect data through mining and enrichment strategies.
Implement continuous data hygiene processes to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Design and execute ABM campaigns focused on high-value accounts in collaboration with sales teams.
Develop personalized content, campaigns, and outreach strategies tailored to specific accounts.
Analyze account engagement metrics to optimize ABM initiatives and drive conversions.
Tactical Campaign Execution and Performance Analysis
Develop and execute tactical marketing campaigns to support lead nurturing, upselling, and cross-selling.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and sales outcomes.
Experiment with multichannel outreach, including email, social media, and events, to maximize engagement.
Who are you today?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resource or a related field.
Proven 6 to 8 years of experience in growth marketing, social media prospecting, or a similar role, preferably with account-based marketing experience.
Prior experience in consultancy or related professional services firms, or in heavy industries will be a bonus.
Strong understanding of Linked In as a lead generation and executive branding tool.
Experience with CRM platforms (especially Dynamics365) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua).
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong organisational and analytical skills, and good with digital tools and database mining.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
