Role Description: We are expanding our Global Sales team. This is a full-time on-site role for Prime Brokerage Sales and Coverage, based in Singapore. The individual in this role will be responsible for originating, building and maintaining client relationships, providing top-notch set-up advice, trading and related ecosystem advisory support to clients. Geo coverage will include Singapore, China and select ASEAN markets. The role will have a fixed+variable compensation structure with clearly defined Sales achievement KRAs.
Responsibilities
Origination and sales to target client segments: High Frequency Trading/Market Making Prop firms, Systematic Quant hedge funds, Asset Managers
Build and maintain client relationships across Singapore, China and select ASEAN markets
Provide setup advice, trading support, and ecosystem advisory to clients
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and KRAs
Essential Qualifications
Origination sales experience within the specified client segments; Direct prime brokerage experience is not essential if you have sold to these clients
Competitive drive with the ability to manage and close institutional sales processes
Knowledge of financial products – equities and derivatives
Ability to work across a multi-cultural environment
Mandarin and English language proficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have Qualifications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience in the financial services industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
