Our Singapore office is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to contribute to our growth in Singapore as a Technical Sales Specialist.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales within Singapore by actively promoting our single-cell products and services
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and log relevant customer information in Salesforce
  • Utilize a territory plan to meet and exceed business targets
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and building networks
  • Interpret customer needs, provide scientific and technical consultation to win business
  • Maintain and support customers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Negotiate and close deals, supporting procurement processes
  • Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the field
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, new product introductions and buying patterns
  • Collaborate with application scientists and project managers for customer-centric delivery
  • Attend conferences and workshops to promote our portfolio

Position Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in molecular biology or medicine

A deep understanding of areas such as single-cell sequencing, oncology immunology, genomics and next-generation sequencing is essential

Prior sales or customer service experience in Life Science is beneficial

You should be self-motivated, able to work independently and constructively within a team

Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, are crucial

You will be based in your assigned territory and may be required to travel occasionally
