Manager, Policies and HR Governance

Days: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: One-North
Duration: 6 months contract
Responsibilities:
Assist the AD, HR with external and internal HR audits.
Coordinate HR responses to external and internal audit recommendations.
Conduct audit checks per the HR Governance Annual Work Plan.
Manage the HR Annual Policy Review, updating directories and maintaining policies/forms.
Oversee the Annual Conflict of Interest (COI) Declaration Exercise.
Support system enhancements for the COI declaration form and platform.
Collaborate with HR COEs to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Manage Cluster Risk Registers in RI-SYS and review Cluster HR Risk Registers annually.
Advise HR Business Partners on governance and HR policy matters.
Work with HR COEs and stakeholders to implement projects.
Requirements:
Singaporeans ONLY
Min. Degree with 5-8 years of experience in finance, audit or compliance, preferably in a large-scale complex environment.
Experience in developing Standard Operating Processes using appropriate tools.
Knowledge of internal audit techniques, audit review presentations and management follow up.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong project management governance capability.
