Human Resource Policy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Policy Manager to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with HR policies, governance frameworks, and audit requirements.
In this role, you will conduct audits and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance with HR policies and governance frameworks. You will also support HR governance initiatives and collaborate with key stakeholders on hospital projects. Additionally, you will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and conducting HR-related policy audits and compliance reviews.
- Coordinate responses for external and internal HR audits, including MOHH Group Internal Audits.
- Perform audit checks in line with the HR Governance Annual Work Plan.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders on hospital projects.
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on governance matters and policy-related inquiries.
