Hotel Frontline Representative
The primary role of a Hotel Frontline Representative revolves around providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities. This involves handling check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and managing room change/late check-out requests efficiently.
Key responsibilities include processing payments, issuing/reissuing room keys, verifying billing information, and communicating with staff to resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as they will be working closely with guests and responding to their queries promptly.
Additional key responsibilities include operating the telephone switchboard, running daily reports, maintaining accurate records, and providing directions and information to guests. They will also arrange transportation as needed and perform cash handling duties while adhering to company policies and procedures.
