
Lead Guest Experience Coordinator

As a Guest Services Liaison, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all guest interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries, requests, or concerns via various communication channels.
- Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and connect calls to the appropriate extension.
- Accurately receive, record, and relay messages to ensure seamless communication.
- Log all guest requests or issues into the system, contact relevant personnel, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide guests with information on room features, property amenities, and local attractions.
- Process room service orders, answer questions about menu selections, and record transactions in the point-of-sale system.
- Assist guests with accessing internet and guestroom entertainment systems.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain uniform and personal appearance, and protect company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others, answering telephones with proper etiquette.
- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to achieve common goals.
- Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong front office and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
