Job Summary

As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure a pleasant dining experience by greeting and seating them. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reservations, take phone calls, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented dining room at all times.
  • Coordinated guest flow and provide exceptional service.
  • Assist with general restaurant operations, including bussing tables and cleaning/sanitizing.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a Hostess or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using reservation systems.
