
Guest Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a Guest Services Executive to join our Front Office team.
Key Responsibilities:- Work across reception, concierge, and executive lounge areas
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with arrival and departure efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest feedback with empowerment and accountability
- Gain exposure to food and beverage operations and knowledge of wine service
- Manage the Executive Lounge breakfast, high tea, and evening cocktail services, including alcohol service
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable guest experiences
- Develop versatility through learning opportunities in the rooms division
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest services or a similar hospitality role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in handling guest feedback and managing difficult situations
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Able to serve alcohol responsibly
Candidates who cannot work midnight shifts may be considered for fixed day shifts.
