Guest Experience Liaison

Embark on a dynamic role as a Guest Experience Liaison where you will be the first point of contact for guests and clients. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area, ensuring exceptional service standards are met, and providing seamless support to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by receiving and directing guests, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
  • Coordinate taxi services, manage post and package distribution, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of offices and communal spaces.
  • Assist with inventory control, including kitchen and office supplies, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Plan and execute events, identify catering options, and coordinate in-office lunches for staff and visitors.
  • Build relationships with local restaurants and vendors to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and event relations skills to build lasting relationships with guests and stakeholders.
  • Able to negotiate with vendors to secure optimal solutions.
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Sharepoint to streamline tasks and processes.
  • Fluent in English and one other local language to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Autonomous and proactive individual who can take ownership of tasks and projects.
