Are you a charismatic and outgoing professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be comfortable participating in social activities, and have a proven track record of building strong rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of our brand and main point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel valued, welcomed, and engaged.
- Monitor and improve the Guest Happiness Index through meaningful interactions, feedback collection, and follow-up initiatives.
- Engage with guests during events, play games, and participate in social activities to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in PR, hospitality, events, or guest relations.
- Outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.
- Comfortable participating in social activities such as playing games and drinking with guests in a professional, responsible manner.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative, energetic, and confident in representing a brand in public.
