Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to excel in our guest services department.

About the Role:

The Guest Experience Specialist will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding efficiently and tactfully to guest complaints, requests, and enquiries.

  • Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier teams on guest arrivals and departures.

  • Establish contacts with house guests and long-staying guests, providing assistance when needed.

  • Makes courtesy calls to guests.

  • Remain up-to-date on all tourist-related information to provide expert advice to guests.

  • Manage and maintain stocks of promotional materials for daily operations.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 'O-level' qualification.

  • Able to perform rotating shifts.

  • A positive attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills.
