  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Certified member of Les Clefs d'Or (Golden Keys)
  • Leadership experience in Concierge or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of local area and attractions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
