Administrative Assistant

Admin Function:
1. Responsible for requisition and maintenance of office equipment including furniture andfixture, telephone system, keys
2. Responsible for printing of office stationeries, including envelopes, letterhead, business name cards
3. Coordinate all documents for approval by management
4. Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administration /office management activities
5. Provide general administrative support to management
6. Other general administrative duties
7. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described above
Technical Skills
- Min. 'O' levels / ITE or similar with experience in office duties.
- IT skills in Microsoft packages – Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Use of office equipment and telephone system, etc.
- Knowledge of renewal procedures in licences, making travel arrangements, etc.
- Knowledge of basic accounting skills advantageous.
Soft Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with management as well as colleagues and external parties
- Personal planning, organising and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure and deadline
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills both verbal and written.
