Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and business trips, and prepare related materials.
Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies, liaising with vendors.
Manage documents, emails, and internal communications to ensure timely information flow.
Provide administrative support to management and the team for daily tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support and office management.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in vendor management and familiarity with office software/tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in both Chinese and English.
