Customer Service Representative Enrichment Centre

Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide excellent service and promote centre programmes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for explaining courses and education philosophy to potential customers, promoting programmes to existing ones, and building strong relationships with them.
Main Responsibilities
- Explain centre programmes and services to potential and existing customers.
- Promote centre activities and initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Handle phone and email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Administrative Tasks
- Arrange replacement lessons for students and appointments for parents, teachers, or management staff.
- Responsible for centre inventory and logistics, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Perform other administrative duties as required, such as filing documents and maintaining records.
Requirements:
- A minimum of GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications is required.
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service-related roles, preferably in enrichment centres settings.
- Proficiency in using MacBook and Google Suite applications, including Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets, is necessary.
- Candidates must be willing to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities.
