**Hiring Customer Service Officers for a premier learning centre in BISHAN and are open to travel to other centres when operational need arises.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
**Sales and Customer Service**
- Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers.
- Promote the enrichment centre programmes to potential and existing customers.
- Build relationships with our customers
- Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly Administrative Duties
- Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers
- Responsible for enrichment center's inventory and simple logistics
- Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications
- **Possess at least 2 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centres settings.**:
- Proficient in MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets)
- Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Able to display effective and efficient customer service abilities.
- Possess good work ethics (e.g. Integrity, professionalism, committed to excellence)
- Willing to be trained according to enrichment centre ethos and SOPs
- Able to work independently and also a team player
- Open to be deployed at other centres due to work exigencies.
**OTHER INFORMATION**
- **6 Days - 5 weekdays including a weekend either Sat or Sunday**:
- Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs.
- **CSO will work the following hours: Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)**:
- **Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of 1Hour meal break**:
- **1 weekday off; 1 rest day +/- 2-hour meeting per week**:
- Salary ranges from $2650 - $3500 with Attractive remuneration
