Enrichment Centres Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team at Enrichment Centres.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a centre, including walk-ins, telephone enquiries and providing course consultations to parents. This role involves handling general admin duties such as daily collections & updating records in the company's CRM system, as well as resolving customer complaints by providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will liaise with Parents and Teachers about parents' feedback and children's progress, working well with other centres & departments for the ultimate benefit of our students & parents.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A min. diploma or relevant work experience in education, hospitality, retail management or related is required.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to liaise & coordinate with parents/teachers are necessary.
- Ability to work both independently & as part of a team is essential.
- Ability to prioritize tasks is also important.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering an attractive compensation package. Working hours are full days on Saturdays & Sundays and afternoons & evenings on weekdays, with 2 consecutive weekdays off.
