Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Enrichment Centers. This role involves sales and customer service, as well as administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling phone and email queries efficiently, and managing sales transactions proficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain courses and education philosophy to potential customers.
- Promote centre programmes to potential and existing customers
- Build relationships with our customers
- Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly
- Perform and manage sales transactions effectively and promptly
Administrative Duties:
- Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre management or teachers.
- Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics
- Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings.
- Proficient in MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets).
- Open to deployment at other centers due to work exigencies
