Job Title: Service Excellence Manager

We are a modern Asian restaurant seeking a friendly and proactive Service Excellence Manager to contribute to our Front-of-House team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, experience in Food and Beverage (F&B) and hospitality, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities include maintaining impeccable customer experiences, managing guest expectations, and participating in communication between Front of House and Back of House operations teams.

Additional responsibilities include preparing and serving beverage orders, ensuring quality standards, and executing delivery orders.

The perfect candidate will be an excellent team player with strong initiative, leadership skills, and a positive mindset.

Requirements include 1-2 years of F&B and hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and confidence with learning and handling POS systems.

  • Ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Manage guest expectations and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Participate in communication between Front of House and Back of House operations teams
  • Prepare and serve beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain high-quality beverages and ingredients
  • Execute delivery orders accurately
