Job Title: Service Excellence Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Professional to oversee the daily operations of our beauty and wellness services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, ensuring high standards of service and sales performance, and driving operational excellence.

This role requires a leader who can motivate and guide staff to achieve sales targets through upselling and service excellence. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer appointments, staff deployment, and overall customer flow. They will also audit and manage customer records, ensure all outlets follow up with customers using the customer record system, and address any gaps or issues.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business, Operations, Beauty Management, Hospitality, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in operations management. Strong leadership, staff supervision, and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent organizational and communication abilities are also required.
