Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in driving revenue growth, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, consulting on meaningful interactions that add value to the customer experience and drive revenue to our bottom line.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Figma's Mid-Market accounts
  • Be part of a team dedicated to promoting Figma to existing and new customers, requiring up to 25% travel
  • Contribute to building foundational processes and tools for customer-facing teams at Figma to support our SEA & Indian customer base
  • Work with Figma's marketing team to develop and execute on-the-ground events
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience in a fast-growing organization
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex sales cycles and value-sell against business pain and initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business
  • A true entrepreneurial mindset
  • Problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to take bold action
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to technical audiences
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools
  • Proven experience using a sales methodology, such as Command of the Message or MEDDICC
