We are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive in Singapore to play a pivotal role in Gong's growth. As the first boots-on-the-ground Account Executive for APAC, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing business. We are looking for a builder who is excited to break into a new market, run their territory, and help shape the regional playbook. Responsibilities
  • Manage prospects from lead to close, delivering exceptional results.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts while managing a pipeline.
  • Partner with International teams based largely in the US/EMEA to ensure the voice of the region and its customers are being heard.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
  • Comfortable operating and problem-solving in a fast-paced organization, working inbound and outbound opportunities across various industries and company sizes.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of relevant work/closing experience.
  • A proven track record of overachieving revenue targets.
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional fluency in English.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented & well-organized.
  • A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Estimated Salary: SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
