Job Summary

We are looking for a talented HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Leader.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute People Strategies and solutions that drive business outcomes.

You will lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists, focusing on delivering HR services and initiatives that meet business needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 12 years of relevant HR experience, including 5 years in a supervisory/leadership position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong influence over various stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to diagnose current state, anticipate future needs, and recommend approaches.
  • A good understanding of local employment law and HR practices, and familiarity with emerging HR trends.
  • Collaborative, agile, and resourceful, with a comfort level in matrix structures and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong initiative to drive change and a mindset for continuous improvement and service excellence.
