**Job Summary**:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our firm, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and assisting in building a dynamic, high-performance team across all functions. You will collaborate with the CEO to execute recruitment initiatives that align with our company's vision and growth objectives. Your primary focus will be on leveraging technology to enhance our hiring processes, establish a strong employer brand, and ensure the successful onboarding of new talent.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Collaborate with the CEO to support the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies across all functions that align with the company's expansion plans.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in meeting fulfillment and retention targets. Prior experience in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment team is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to contribute to hiring decisions.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, HRIS, and G-Suite. Fast learning agility with other online tools and platforms.
