Executive Pastry Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled pastry professional to lead our team of bakers and pastry chefs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will oversee the production of high-quality baked goods, pastries, and desserts, while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development:
    • Create and innovate new recipes for baked goods, pastries, and desserts.
    • Evaluate products against quality and presentation standards.
  • Production Management:
    • Oversee daily production of baked goods, pastries, and desserts.
    • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead, train, and motivate a team of bakers and pastry chefs.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
    • Implement quality control measures to maintain consistency.
  • Menu Planning:
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus featuring baked goods and pastries.
    • Develop seasonal and themed products.
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Baker or Pastry Chef.

• Minimum 5 years experience in management.

• Strong baking and pastry skills.

• Excellent leadership and management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., diploma, degree).
