This segment is categorized into two primary product groupings: carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product grouping consists mainly of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure serving video, data, and voice communications. The enterprise network product grouping primarily offers optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments, and individuals for their own use.

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Manager, Enterprise Networks. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of Corning Optical Communications' products to enterprise customers within your assigned territory.

Your primary objectives will include meeting or exceeding sales targets, characterizing customer business goals, objectives, and problems effectively, and structuring value propositions utilizing innovations and differentiated solutions. You will also ensure a balanced mix of engagements with end-users, contractors, distributors, and consultants.

A strong understanding of fiber optic products and solutions for data center and local area networking applications is highly desirable. Competence in targeting and prioritizing key customers, proven success in time/territory management, and autonomy to work from home office effectively are essential qualities for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's engineering degree and at least 5 years of sales management experience in the assigned territory. Solution and/or consultative selling are highly valued skills, as is the ability to work effectively in a matrix team environment with minimal supervision.

We offer a competitive salary range of RM250,000 - RM350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits such as a valid driver's license, travel opportunities within Malaysia, and the option to work from home office effectively.
