Regional Sales Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Contract Manager to join our team at Cessna Aircraft Company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contractual relationships with customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate internal responses to customer RFPs/RFQs, defining scope of work, schedules, and technical compliance with customer requirements.
• Prepare budgetary and firm price proposals using internal tools (Salesforce).
• Develop proposal documents and coordinate internal management reviews with relevant corporate functions and Bell executive leadership.
• Conduct contractual terms and conditions negotiations with private and government customers.
• Review, edit, write, and interpret commercial contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy, acceptability, executability, and legal sufficiency.
• Monitor and enforce contractual obligations and mitigate risks associated with late delivery, certifications, payment delays, and defaults.
• Support aircraft delivery events, including administrative paperwork and contractual notices.
• Maintain contract and information management systems for proper reporting and internal flow of information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines, as well as compliance and ethics rules and regulations.
