Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part Time Administrator/Receptionist to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties and support, including maintaining the cleanliness of the office and attending to inquiries.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports and performing data entry tasks.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, including special projects and events.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office skills and experience in administrative work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including Fridays and Sundays.
