Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant (Part-time). As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage front counter operations, including booking appointments, registration, and handling cash payments.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Assist with signing up potential clients and provide them with information about our services.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential.
  • Ability to work on both weekends and flexible hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative software.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, as we serve a diverse client base.
