Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to students, parents, and visitors at the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, printing of worksheets, receiving and distributing mail and deliveries, and performing other duties as assigned by the school.
  • Care and Support: Provide care and support to students, including attending to students in the sick bay, contacting parents when required, and coordinating early dismissal of students.
  • Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will possess a Full GCE 'N', 'O' or Nitec Certificate or its equivalent, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and have good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English and Mandarin, Malay or Tamil) is preferred, and excellent organizational skills are essential.
