Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Multiflora Noibara PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
