About the Role

Benchmark Physio Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at our physiotherapy clinic. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Duties
    • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Schedule patient appointments and send reminders to ensure timely attendance
    • Assist patients with registration and other administrative tasks
  • Clinic Maintenance
    • Ensure the clinic is clean and tidy at all times, including vacuuming and wiping down high-touch surfaces
  • Inventory Management
    • Control and manage clinic supplies, including stocktaking and ordering
  • General Administration
    • Perform general administrative tasks as required, including data entry and filing

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N/O Levels and above
  • Prior customer service experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Computer literacy is essential, with experience in clinic content management systems a bonus
  • Fluent in conversational English and Mandarin
