Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist and Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our instructors in delivering high-quality programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to parents and students, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage registrations, fee collections, and student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with scheduling, manpower planning, and enrolment issues, working closely with instructors to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Support instructors with organizing teaching materials, ordering office supplies, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
  • Attend to attendance taking, supervising, and minding children whenever necessary.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the smooth operation of our programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a school or enrichment centre setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good team player with a cheerful and courteous attitude.
  • Able to speak, read, and write proficiently in English.
  • Preferably diploma candidates or equivalent.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
