Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception desk and ensure a professional first impression for clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate facilities management, including procurement of office equipment and supplies.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as handling mail and couriers, and preparing presentation materials.
  • Support the team with company events and ad hoc duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
