Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Channel Leadership Manager to drive sales operations and manage relationships with Mass Merchandisers, Independent Dealers, and Wholesalers. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day sales activities and achieving key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive channel growth
  2. Manage dealer sell-out rates, market inventory levels, and channel profitability
  3. Implement effective distribution budget management to derive ROI
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales objectives
  5. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales operations and leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
