**The role**
An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Channel Management team, is responsible for coordinating and executing weekly launches, marketplace operations, packing list management, and order management. As the Channel Management Asst. Manager, your role is to lead the team to support the company on its daily digital operations, as well as to coordinate and refine existing processes.
In this role, you will quickly build your experience by your exposure to the breadth across LB’s channel management operations. You will own the process design and improvement projects within the Channel Management operations for HQ.
Reporting directly into the Snr Manager of Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito’s supply chain through this exhilarating expansion phase.

Main responsibilities
Leadership
- Take charge of overall leadership and people management of the Channel Management Team, including resource planning, managing performance, coaching and mentoring.
- Monitor performances of the channel operations on a daily basis
- Ensure an effective system/process is in place and up to date documentation to guide operations
- The key point of contact and escalation for different cross-functional teams for Channel related issues.
- Work closely with supply chain team members for the management of fulfillment and returns to ensure a first-class post-purchase experience.
Marketplace Operations
- Co-create and implement long term operations strategy for LB’s strategic channel partners
- Represent the voice of operations in marketplace strategy and roadmap development.
- Implementation and documentation of new channels/ marketplaces. This includes product setup, site development in conjunction with the product team, accounts set up and set up of BAU processes.
- Point of Contact all channel management related initiatives including omnichannel capabilities and implementation
- Work with the LB data team to develop and submit reports for channel, country and store performance using analytics.
Trade partners & Order Management
- Coordinate store deliveries and replenishment for Singapore retail stores.
- Coordinate trade partner shipments and manage their shipment requests, buybacks and reallocations
- Manage the team’s creation of transfer requests, sales orders and other SAP documents to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
