Strategic Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to fill the position of Strategic Sales Manager at Ocean Network Express.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in establishing strategic direction for Sales Key Areas of Responsibility & KPIs, sales forecast, and incentive programs. You will take charge of customer segmentation process and methodology, run scheduled customer segmentation reviews, and evaluate ad-hoc segmentation requests including analysis of cost to serve implications of sales organisation coverage identifying efficiency and cost improvement opportunities.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing a small team. The successful candidate will be an analytical and creative problem solver, able to simplify complex matters, and possess excellent collaboration & communication skills. Project management ability, ability to multi-task and work under tight and competing timelines, and take avid interest in digital and technological trends are also essential.
- Diploma or degree in related discipline;
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Sales Management environment;
- Good understanding of sales processes and liner shipping market trends;
