Job Opportunity

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures, and developing the team through training and coaching.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in premium restaurants, preferably in upscale dining establishments or fine-dining restaurants.
  • We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can drive consistent service, process improvement, and provide excellent customer service.

About the Role

  • This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling staffing, developing menus, and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, preferably in upscale dining establishments or fine-dining restaurants.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Good written and conversational Chinese skills required for menu comprehension and customer communication.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
