  • Provide coaching to ensure top-notch sales team performance and collaborate with internal teams for seamless after-sales service delivery.
  • Develop strategies for account management, credit analysis, and loan recovery while adhering to anti-money laundering and compliance regulations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Establish effective sales channels and performance measurement systems.
    2. Provide coaching to ensure high-quality sales team performance.
    3. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless after-sales service delivery.
    4. Develop strategies for account management and credit analysis.
    5. Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering and compliance regulations.
  • Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in finance, business, economics, or project management.
    2. 12-15 years of experience in commercial banking.
    3. Deep knowledge of credit markets, banking products, and regulatory landscape.
    4. Strong management and credit evaluation skills.
    5. Proven experience in managing banking business units.
    6. Project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
