Strategic Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Senior Officer, Customer Experience at NTUC Club. This position is pivotal in driving service engagement initiatives and enhancing guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive ideation, creation, and execution of internal and external service engagement initiatives from start to finish
- Oversee and manage current service initiatives to ensure continued effectiveness and alignment to service engagement goals
- Support programme management efforts by preparing necessary materials and ensuring smooth execution of activities
- Assist the Assistant Manager in planning and executing events, ensuring effective management from conception to completion
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met
- Plan and lead bi-monthly night assessment walks to address issues promptly
- Support the Manager in digital user testing and mystery shopping to audit current offerings
The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, Events Management, or related studies, along with at least 2 years of work experience in customer service or events management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also essential.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and adhere to timelines
- A proactive personality to solve problems and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. We offer a competitive salary range of $4500 - $5500 SGD per month, commensurate with experience.
